Q. Do i have to become a member to purchase items from you website?

A. No, everyone is able to purchase all items and use our delivery service regardless if they are or are not a member.

 

Q. What do i get if i become a member?

A. Current members have access to our Distributor direct prices on everything we carry, along with temporary promotions or discounts that are available.

 

Q. Can i still use your home Delivery service if i choose not to be a member?

A. Absolutely, Home delivery service is free for everyone in our serviceable area! (Please see Check Zip for areas we service)

 

Q. I don't live in your serviceable area, but my work does. Will you delivery to my work?

A. In most cases we can deliver to your work place (Within reason).  We are happy to use special instruction for your work place delivery, to fit your needs. (Vehicle is located in west lot, Red Ford edge license plate number 123ABC, Please place items in trunk and lock vehicle when done) contact us if you have any questions.

 

Q. I don't see the brands i like to use with my animals, but i would love to use your service can you help me?

A. You bet! If we have access to your products we will purchase them and stock them in our warehouse just for you! its personalized pet shopping at its finest.
